About

I am a licensed Clinical and Sport Psychologist. I received a Psy.D from Liverpool John Moore’s University where I completed my doctoral internship. I completed postdoctoral fellowships at Lehigh and Princeton University’s Counseling and Psychological Services. I have experience working with adolescents, college students, adults, and athletes and hold expertise in issues relating to identity, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, sport psychology, and elite sport and soccer.

As a Clinical and Sport Psychologist my aim is to create a safe, trusting, empathic, and collaborative therapeutic space to support people to be more authentic. My approach is integrative, drawing on Existential-Humanistic and Systems approaches.
